FULL TIME OPPORTUNITIES

Agronomy Applicators and Operations (Sleepy Eye, Gibbon and Buffalo Lake)

Operate large equipment to apply chemical and fertilizer to farm fields. Positions to be based out of cooperative's Sleepy Eye, Gibbon and Buffalo Lake locations. Looking for individuals with a Class A CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements, a clean driving record, current medical card and have or be able to obtain a commercial applicator's license. Previous experience is preferred, will train the right candidate. This position is subject to drug and alcohol testing. Complete the Application.

Grain Attendant (Gibbon)

A Grain Attendant will weigh trucks, handle grain, test commodity moisture levels, transport grain and load train shuttle cars.  Must have or be able to obtain a Class A CDL license and current medical card, have a good driving record and be safety conscious. Ability to climb heights and be in confined spaces at times is required.  Position is subject to drug and alcohol testing.  Complete the Application

HR Coordinator (Sleepy Eye)

HR Coordinator will assist in the daily activity of recruitment and onboarding of new employees, processing payroll using HRIS and timekeeping systems, and employee benefit administration. This position is responsible for maintaining confidentiality in all respects.  Excellent organizational skills, proficiency in multi-tasking, and the ability to resolve complex problems are essential in this role.  Post-secondary education in human resources, business administration or an agricultural field is preferred but not required. Previous experience with payroll or benefit administration is desired.

Safety Manager

Safety Manager will lead the safety efforts for the company and all its business units, locations, employees, and operating communities. Maintain regulatory compliance for OSHA, EPA, DOT and other applicable government regulating agencies. Set the standard for safety practices and organize all training and evaluations. Lead and direct securing property and casualty insurance coverages.

Qualified candidates should have 5+ safety related experience or equivalent, knowledge of agriculture business, cooperative structure and ag supply products and sales. Must be knowledgeable in OSHA, EPA and DOT standards.  5+ years in progressively responsible management roles and certification of Certified Safety Professional, Advanced Safety Certificate or other certification is preferred.

This position is flexible to office from a cooperative location in Sleepy Eye, Fairfax or Buffalo Lake.
