Green Pro Crabgrass Preventer 27-0-8
Green Pro Crabgrass Preventer prevents crabgrass and fertilizes in one application. Its high fertilizer analysis gives your lawn a jump start in early spring, and dithiopyr, one of the leading crabgrass preventers, helps stop seeds from sprouting after they germinate. This product can be applied up to 4 weeks later than traditional crabgrass preventers because it is also a post-emergent herbicide capable of controlling young seedlings. It contains 18% slow release nitrogen for continual feeding up to 6 weeks. With 8% potassium, this product also helps develop a strong, disease resistant turf that will remain robust throughout the summer. Green Pro Crabgrass Preventer also contains sulfur to help lower the pH of your lawn.

Application:
Step 1 in the Green Pro Revive and Thrive Lawn Care Program This is a pre- and post-emergent product and should be applied before and after weed germination to prevent new weeds from sprouting. It will also control crabgrass that is in the 2-3 leaf stage. It will not control mature crabgrass. Apply to your lawn when the temperature is 55-60°F. Apply to dry lawn before it rains or water within 48 hours to activate the product. Do not apply to newly seeded lawns.
