Central Region Cooperative Annual Meeting
Fairfax, Minnesota (December 7, 2021) -- Central Region Cooperative (CRC) held its annual meeting of the members of Central Region Cooperative at Squirrels Bar and Grill, Fairfax, MN. The purpose of the meeting was to present reports from the Board and Management, tabulate the votes for the director election, and transact other business as properly brought to the meeting.
Incumbent director, Ron Wendinger from District 2 was re-elected to the ten-member board and will serve a four-year term. There was a unanimous consent ballot electing Larry Dean, whom ran unopposed in District 1, to serve another four-year term on the board.
The CRC board of directors would like to thank Bryan Sommer for running for board. The board want to thank all patrons and customers for taking part in the 2021 Board Election and for the continued support of your Cooperative.
